We believe that our Directors should be involved, hands-on participants, rather than consultants. We believe that couples are interchangeable and that children come with the package. Our BOD meetings are casual exchanges of ideas and thoughts (with only a small portion of serious required business activities) We encourage input from everyone (hey, if the Lord can speak to us through a donkey, He can surely bring a new idea through a child)
