Neil and Barbara Yates
Neil (Occupation: Fisherman) is President and Chairman of the Board of the Ministry. He saw the need to show the love of the Lord to the Haitian people as their true hope, and has a desire to promote conservation and land stewardship.
Barb (Occupation: Secretary) was the first of the team to visit Haiti, she is the Co-Founder and Secretary -Treasurer of the Ministry. The Lord gave her the vision to Edify, Encourage and Enable the Haitian people to pursue their ministries unto the Lord.
They have made a lifetime commitment to this work and give thanks to the Lord for His provision and the opportunity to be a part of the blessings they are witnessing through it.
The gifts that they bring into the ministry are: Love and Encouragement.

and projects that will benefit the community. The people bring their ideas to the group
and they bring their ideas to us.
It is our dream to be able to help them make their dreams come true.
Like the peanut butter production facility pictured below. When it is up and running it
will produce peanut butter for the community and eventually ship all over Haiti.
